If Cently isn’t working properly for you on a specific site but seems to be working normally on other sites, please see ‘What if Cently isn’t working correctly on a certain shopping site?’
If you’re encountering a more general issue with Cently or believe you’ve discovered a non site-specific bug please let us know by following the steps below:
1. Click the Cently icon on the Chrome Toolbar
2. Click the Avatar icon at the bottom right hand side of the popup and then the Settings tab at the top right
3. Scroll down and click “Send Feedback”
4. In the window that pops up select "I have general feedback"
5. Describe the details of the issue as best you can in the box
6. Hit "Send Feedback"
